Our Service.

We carry out the full spectrum of integrated repair and maintenance services, from the refurbishment of hundreds of homes to reactive quick response repairs.

 

Residents.

We strive not only to deliver a product that exceeds expectations but also ensures that the resident's build experience is positive. The key ethos to our approach is to be accommodating; namely that each resident is treated as an individual. Integrated systems are utilised to achieve this goal as well as a generally friendly and personable approach from staff.

 

Tenant Liaison.

We work in partnership with tenants by involving them at every stage of the works. Adever has tenant liaison officers who work with the tenant throughout the whole process from induction to post occupancy review. The Tenant Liaison System (TLS) is a live database linked to the programme that ensures the timely issue of information and consistency in routine liason actions.

 

 

An Enhanced Community.

We aim to leave a legacy of an improved community, but not only in the sense of improved housing. At Adever we actively recruit local trades people and procure materials from the local area.
